Choose how much you want to practise.

Every plan gives you all the virtual colleagues, all the situations and a report after each conversation. What changes is the number of sessions per month and, with Executive, the option to practise in your own company’s context.

Your own company context Sector, how work is organised, culture, what the company is going through, support tools and benefits: the virtual colleagues live with them every day, so the conversation turns on what your company can really offer. See what changes

Monthly prices per person. The number of sessions is an estimate: each conversation uses credits according to its length, and credits top up at every renewal. You can change plan or cancel at any time.

In every plan

  • All the virtual colleagues. Different people, each with their own story, in every situation: from overload to bereavement, from conflict with a manager to quiet quitting.
  • Three difficulty levels. From an open colleague with clear signals to a guarded one who offers plausible alternative explanations.
  • A report after every conversation. A score from 0 to 100 across six criteria, the signals you caught and those you missed, and the questions you could have asked.
  • The four colours test. Discover your communication style and practise with people who communicate the opposite way.
  • As HR or as a line manager. Choose your role and change it whenever you like.
  • Five languages. English, French, Spanish, German and Italian, for both the interface and the conversation.
  • Your sessions stay yours. History and reports belong to your account: you can export or delete them whenever you like.

For companies: practice that feels like your company

A difficult conversation never happens in a vacuum. It depends on what the company is going through, how work is organised and what you can really offer someone who is struggling. With Executive you describe your company once, and from then on every session your managers and HR team run takes place there.

What you tell us about your company

  • Who you are. Sector, size and locations.
  • How you work. How work is organised, shifts, remote working and team composition (roles only, never names).
  • Culture and moment. Your communication style and what you are going through: a reorganisation, a merger, a busy season.
  • The toolbox. Your support tools and services, your benefits and how open you are to tailored solutions.

What changes in the sessions

  • Virtual colleagues who work at your company. They mention the ongoing reorganisation, the night shift, the short-staffed team: realistic details, never a recited description.
  • Real solutions, not generic ones. The colleague judges your proposals against what the company really offers. Promise something that does not exist and they notice, and trust you less.
  • An extra criterion in the report. Use of company resources: did you propose the tool that fits the problem, explain what it offers and agree it with the person?
  • You choose the challenge. Resources can stay visible during the conversation or appear only in the report, to check whether people really know them.

An example: the toolbox

Every company has its own tools to help people who are struggling, but having them is not enough: you need to pick the right one, at the right moment, and explain it well. That is what Acumia trains, with your tools.

The company and the situation are fictional.

The toolbox of an 800-person logistics company
A free, confidential psychological support service, flexible start times between 8 and 10, up to two remote days a week for office staff, a welfare platform that refunds family care costs. Openness to dedicated solutions: medium, temporary arrangements possible within policy.
The situation
For weeks a warehouse worker has been arriving late and looking exhausted. With the right questions it emerges that he is caring for his sick father.
A generic answer
“Take a few days off, it’ll sort itself out.” No tool used: the colleague is left alone with the problem and the report points it out.
An answer that uses the toolbox
“For the next few months we can move your start time to 10. The welfare platform refunds part of the care costs, and there’s the support service, free and confidential.” The colleague feels concretely helped, and the report recognises it.
And if you promise too much
“From Monday you can work from home every day.” That isn’t possible in the warehouse: the colleague asks whether it’s really allowed and trusts you less, just as would happen in real life.

A licence for your team

The same plans, per seat: everyone with a seat gets their own monthly credits. Whoever manages the licence does it from a dedicated console.

  • Seats and invites. Invite people by email and assign or free up seats when needed.
  • One context for the whole company. With Executive you set it once from the console, it applies to everyone with a seat and you update it when things change.
  • Only aggregate, anonymous data. Adoption, number of sessions and average group scores: never individual conversations or scores.

Questions about plans

Can I try it before choosing?

Yes. Every new account gets free credits for about two sessions, with no credit card. For a trial with your team, write to us.

What if I run out of sessions before the end of the month?

You can move to a higher plan at any time, or wait for the renewal, when your credits top up.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe: Acumia never sees or stores your card details. If you need another payment method, write to us.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then it doesn’t renew.
